摘要
介绍了直接测量辊缝的液压压下控制系统的组成和特点,提出油缸和负载的简化模型并在此基础上推导了油缸负载及整个控制系统的传递函数;以一台350mm四辊轧机为例,对该系统的理论计算与测试结果进行了讨论。
This paper decribes the constitution and the features of the hydraulic screw-down control system by direct measurement of the roll gap. It puts forward a simplified model for the cylinder and load on the system, so the transfer functions of the cylinder, the load and the overall system are derived. Taking a hydraulic four-roll mill with diameter of 350mm the theoretical calculations and the test results of the system characteristics are discussed.
