摘要
在发展低碳经济的背景下,探讨了供电企业进行能效评估的思路。首先对供电企业的能耗特点及能效管理现状进行深入分析,并指出当前能效管理存在的问题;建立能效评估指标体系,包括考核、监测和统计3类指标;最后提出能效评估的有效机制,为供电企业开展能效评估提供建设性的参考思路。
This paper discussed the responsibilities and obli-gations of power supply enterprise in the energy saving work in the background of developing low-carbon economy, the idea of energy efficiency assessment were proposed. Firstly, this paper did deep analysis on the characteristics of power supply enterprise？？s energy consumption and energy efficiency management of the current situ-ation, then pointed out the current problems in the management of energy efficiency;Secondly the energy efficiency evaluation indica-tors system which has three types of indicators including assess-ment, monitoring and statistical were established;Finally energy ef-ficiency evaluation mechanism were proposed, and provided con-structive ideas for reference in efficiency evaluation for power sup-ply enterprise.
