摘要
基于节约电力电量分析、可避免成本分析原理,探讨并提出了能效电厂技术经济规划评估方法,实现了对能效电厂的综合评估。在此基础上,设计开发了能效电厂规划评估软件,并对江苏高等院校能效电厂案例进行了计算分析,验证了能效电厂技术经济规划评估理论的可行性,说明了能效电厂的技术经济特征。
Based on the analyzing theory of saving electrici-ty, saving power and avoided cost, this paper presents a research on the theory of EPP’s technical and economic evaluation during its planning period. Then an EPP planning and evaluating software was designed and implemented. Finally, an actual case of the uni-versities’EPP in Jiangsu province was assessed using this soft-ware, thus having the theory verified and revealing the EPP’s tech-nical and economic characteristics. The software has got a simple, friendly user interface, convenient operation styles and clear re-sults, which will make great significance in the promotion of effi-ciency power plant in China.
