摘要
为了合理引导用电、降低能源消耗,当前我国正在开展电力需求侧管理,并将大量配置相应的负荷管理系统。作者在分析传统负荷管理的基础上,就开展需求侧管理(DSM)的主要措施,面向DSM的负荷管理系统及其与电网调度、电力营销、和信息管理的系统集成进行了阐述和讨论。
In order to reasonably lead the power utilization and reduce the energy consumption, the demand side management (DSM) is currently executed in China, and a lot of relevant load management system will be equipped soon afterwards. Based on the analysis of traditional load management, the main measures of DSM, the DSM oriented load management system and its system integration with power system control, electricity transaction and information management are presented and expounded and discussed.
