摘要
《素圃医案》系清新安名医郑重光晚年的医案集,全书4卷计收184案。郑重光为火神派前期的扶阳医家,医案具有鲜明的火神派风格。"伤寒治效"53例中以四逆汤加减形式治疗38例。他重视阳气,擅用姜附,特色突出,四逆汤在《素圃医案》"伤寒治效"中应用广泛。
Supu medical records was written by Qing Zhejiang doctor ZHENG Chongguang in his last ages and was consists of 4 volumes, collecting 184 cases. Zheng chongguang for the Vulcans early Yang physicians, medical records has distinct Vulcan style. He attached impor- tance to Yang, at Jiangfu, features prominent, ＂typhoid cure effect＂ in 53 cases of treatment of 38 cases with four inverse Decoction form. Four inverse decoction is a zheng chongguang favorite one by prescription, in ＂typhoid cure effect＂ appears very frequently, wide application, the au- thor of Sini Decoction ＂in four cases in the garden typhoid cure effect＂ in the application of.
