摘要
四逆汤与通脉四逆汤为《伤寒论》少阴证之方,其所主病症为少阳火不生,寒邪内生之证。寒邪凝滞的状态可导致育龄期女性月经失调,出现痛经、月经后期、闭经、经间期出血等病症。通过列举病例,认为四逆汤与通脉四逆汤可以治疗的多种妇科疾病,并对卵泡发育及排卵有一定的影响。
Sini Decoction and Tongmai Sini Decoction are classical prescriptions of Shaoyin syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The main symptoms are Shaoyang fire deficiency and internal cold.Cold stagnation state can lead to menstrual disorders,resulting in dysmenorrhea,delayed menstruation,amenorrhea,ovulation bleeding.Through the cases,Sini Decoction and Tongmai Sini Decoction can treat many gynecological diseases and have a certain effect on follicular development and ovulation.
