银桔泡腾片挥发油包合工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的制定银桔泡腾片中薄荷与金银花挥发油的包合工艺。方法采用正交试验,考察挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合温度、搅拌时间对制备工艺的影响。结果最佳工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精比例1:6,包合温度40℃,包合时间60 min。结论优选的工条件有较高的产品收得率及较高的包合率,适合于银桔泡腾片挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备。 Objective To optimize inclusion process technology of Yinjie Effervescent Tablet essential oil - β- cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Method The technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment design, the ratio between β- cyclodextrin to the es- sential oil, the tempereture and the time for the inclusion were considered as three main condition factors. Results The optimized prepara- tion technology was as following: the ratio 1:6, the time 40℃ and the time 60 min. Conclusions The yield and inclusion ratio of the opti- mized preparation technology were higher. The technology was suitable for the production of Yinjie Effervescent Tablet Essential Oil - β- cy- clodextrin.
