摘要
目的探索用β-环糊精对金银花挥发油进行包合的研磨法最佳工艺。方法以挥发油利用率和包合物含油率为评价指标,采用正交实验对研磨法进行工艺优化。结果初步确定了最佳工艺条件为:金银花挥发油和β-CD的比例为1∶8,搅拌时间2h,包合温度为50℃。挥发油利用率大于70%。结论研磨法制备金银花挥发油β-环糊精包合物的工艺简单可行。
Objective To study the β - cyclodextrin inclusion technologies for volatile oil in Flos Lonicera. Methods Orthogonal design was porformed to optimize the best package rate and utilize the rate as the evaluating indicator, packed preparation condition of trituration method. Results The best packed preparation condition was as follows : β-CD : volatiles = 8 : 1, temperature 50℃, tuiturating 2 hours. Conclusion This is a very simple and effective method.
