摘要 目的建立用高效液相色谱法和薄层色谱法鉴别瞿麦中的环肽化合物的方法。方法用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇分别对瞿麦的正丁醇提取物进行萃取,对收集的Ⅱ(15-19)部位经Sephadex LH-20柱色谱分离,Ⅱc部位再次进行硅胶柱色谱分离,其中Ⅱc11为甲醇洗脱部位(204-209),其中含有环肽成分。结果高效液相色谱法成功分离出瞿麦中的环肽成分,薄层色谱也显示出环肽的斑点。结论本实验建立的高效液相色谱条件与薄层的分离鉴别方法适用于初步鉴定瞿麦的环肽成分。 Objective To develop a method of identificationof cyclic peptide compounds in Dianthus superbus by TLC and HPLC. Methods We extract the ethanol extract part of the Caryophyllaceae plant Dianthus superbus with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n - butanol, separation the collection II (15 -19) by Sephadex LH -20 column chromatography, then II C site were again isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The II el I is methanol elution parts ( 204 - 209), which contains a cyclic peptide composition. Results HPLC conditions successfully isolated cyclic peptides components of herba Dianthi ,TLC shows the cyclic peptides spots. Conclusions the experi- ment foeous on the separation and identification of main needle, providing prelimenary data separation and identification of Herba Dianthi of cylic peptides components.
