摘要
创新产业集群是江苏创新驱动发展的重要载体,创新产业集群发展战略是江苏创新驱动发展的重要战略之一。为此,本文界定创新产业集群概念,提出创新产业集群的识别方法,分析江苏创新产业集群的地区分布和发展变化,最后指出促进江苏创新产业集群发展的政策措施。
Functioning as important carriers of innovation -driven development in Jiangsu Province , the development strategy of innovative industrial clusters matters much among many other strategies in Jiangsu Province .Accordingly, based on a definition of innovative industrial clusters , this article proposes their relevant identification methods , analyzes their regional distributions and development changes , and finally points out policy measures to promote the development of innovative industrial clusters in Jiang -su Province.
