摘要
针对标准IEC 61373中没有规定冲击补偿参数的现状,结合机车车辆设备3种冲击试验的要求,通过理论计算对波形补偿原理进行了分析,并对不同波形的补偿效果进行了试验测试。结果表明机车车辆设备冲击试验适合于采用前后半正弦波补偿方式,且前后补偿脉冲持续时间应相等,其冲击补偿系数k≤0.2。
According to the existing condition of standard IEC 61373 not defining impact compensation parameter, combined with 3 types of impact test requirement for locomotive vehicle devices, waveform compensation principle was analyzed with theoretical calculation, and different waveform compensation effects was verified by test. The results showed that fore-after half sine wave compensation was the best suitable method for locomotive vehicle devices impact test with equal tore-after compensation pulse periods and impact compensating coefficient k〈0.2.
