摘要
采用跌落式冲击试验机机械模拟半正弦冲击波,以半正弦冲击波形产生的基本力学原理以及橡胶波形发生器在准静态压缩情况下的材料非线性为基础,建立描述橡胶波形发生器生成半正弦冲击波过程的理论计算模型。采用该方法得到的台面加速度-时间关系曲线试验结果与模型计算结果基本吻合,说明模型能够合理有效地模拟和预测冲击试验机台面的近似半正弦冲击波形。
By applying the drop testing machine to automatically simulate half-sine pulse, the calculating model was set up to describe the course of half-sine pulse generated by the rubber waveform generator,based on the basic mechanical principle of half-sine pulse generation and non-linear of therubber waveform generation in the condition of quasi-static compress. The results showed that the curve of acceleration vs time by practical test generally tallied with that model calculated, and the model could be used to simulate and forecast half-sine pulse of shocking table board reasonably and efficiently.
