摘要
为准确计算潜油电机定、转子端部漏抗,基于三维有限元法,在充分考虑定转子隔磁段影响的前提下,提出了潜油电机定转子端部漏抗标么值的计算方法,并与传统异步电动机设计方法相比较。该计算方法物理模型简单,得到的潜油电机工作性能更符合实验数据,有效提高了设计准确度。
To calculate the end leakage reactance of on 3D FEM, the calculation method of end leakage stator and rotor of submersible motor exactly, based reactance of stator and rotor was introduced with the effect of magnet partition of stator and rotor taken into consideration, and compared with traditional design method of asynchronous motor. The physical model is simple, the performances calculated by this method are closer to the test data and the design accuracy is improved effectively.
