STAT4多态性与自身免疫性疾病相关性研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 自身免疫性疾病是机体对自身成分发生免疫应答而导致的疾病状态,其基本特征是自身应答性T淋巴细胞或自身抗体造成相应的组织细胞损伤或功能障碍,血液中可检测到高效价的自身应答性T淋巴细胞和/或自身抗体,且病情的转归与自身免疫应答的强度密切相关.T辅助细胞1型（T-helper cell type 1,Th1）、Th17细胞功能失调可诱导多种自身免疫性疾病的发生[1].
