摘要
当前高校土木工程专业的实践教学面临教学平台不完善、创新教育和工程素质教育缺失等问题。因此,有必要实现校企合作,搭建校企互动型实践教学平台,实现学校和社会的结合,实现"生成性"教育过程。其必然性体现在:校企互动型实践教学模式的引入与土木工程专业课程教学理念的改革相契合、与学生能力的发展具有内在一致性;其可行性则体现在:校企互动型实践教学模式有利于培养学生的实践主动性,有利于培养学生工程素质、创新能力、职业能力和创业能力,有利于实现学校教育与社会教育的接轨,实现学生能力的社会化。
