责任制带教模式在实习护生临床护理技术中的应用效果评价 被引量:7

Application effect of teaching mode with responsibility system on student nurses’ nursing techniques

摘要 目的:探讨责任制带教模式对实习护生掌握临床护理技术的效果。方法将实施责任制带教临床护理技术后的本科、大专、中专护理实习生的实习末考核成绩与实施前考核成绩进行对比分析。结果实施前护生考核成绩分别为本科(85.92±5.47)分,大专(82.85±6.05)分,中专(83.20±8.05)分;实施责任制带教临床护理技术后护生考核成绩分别为本科(89.68±4.31)分,大专(88.68±4.56)分,中专(86.65±4.04)分,实施前后比较,差异均有统计学意义( t 分别为-5.742,-6.862,-2.795;P<0.01)。结论责任制带教模式的实施有利于提高实习护生临床护理技术操作能力。 Objective To discuss the effect of teaching mode with responsibility system on student nurses’ nursing techniques .Methods Final scores of nursing techniques of student nurses from college , junior college and technical secondary school before and after teaching mode with responsibility system were analyzed and compared .Results Before implementation of teaching mode with responsibility system , the score of clinical nursing techniques was respectively (89.68 ±4.31), (88.68 ±4.56) and (86.65 ±4.04) for students from college, junior college and technical secondary school , while after teaching mode with responsibility system , the score was (85.92 ±5.47), (82.85 ±6.05) and (83.20 ±8.05) respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (t=-5.742, -6.862, -2.795, respectively;P <0.01).Conclusions Teaching mode with responsibility system is conducive to improve the performance of student nurses ’ clinical nursing techniques .
