文章从建设工程的设计阶段、施工阶段以及竣工结算三个方面论述了工程造价管理现存的若干问题 。
From three aspects of design stage,construction stage and acceptance settlement,this paper discusses some problems existing in construction cost control and puts forward some corresponding measures.
