摘要
为探讨腹会阴急性坏死性筋膜炎的综合性治疗效果，回顾性分析儿例腹会阴部急性坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料，并对其综合治疗方法进行讨论。i1例患者中，10例经及时多点切开引流、彻底清创、中西药联合局部冲洗、抗生素纱布填塞、中药液湿敷，结合全身治疗而治愈。1例患者因基础病变过重，全身衰竭死亡。本病为严重感染性疾病，病情发展快，病死率高，应在全身治疗的基础上辅以局部早期切开、彻底清创、通畅引流、中西药冲洗、中药液湿敷等方法，可以有效提高治愈率。
This study was to discuss the efficacy of combined therapy for acute abdomino-perineal necrotiz- ing fasciitis. A retrospective analysis was conducted on the date of 11 cases of acute abdomino-perineal ne- crotizing fasciitis and the combined therapy approaches were discussed. Among the 11 cases, 10 cases got cured after receiving multipoint incision and complete drainage, debridement, local irrigation with western drugs and Chinese herbs, packing, wet compress, and systemic treatment; one case died of systemic failure caused by serious underlying diseases. This disease is a severe infectious disease, with rapid progress and high mortality rate. Systemic treatment combined with early local incision, complete debridement, smooth drainage,irrigation with western drugs and Chinese herbs, and wet compress, etc can effectively imorove the curatiw rate.
