摘要
研究了车窝草嫩叶愈伤组织的诱导、分化、试管苗生根、移栽、扦插所需要的条件,建立起优良植株的无性系及快速繁殖技术.结果证明,诱导嫩叶愈伤组织的理想培养基是MS+BA0.4mg/L+2,4-D0.4mg/L;愈伤组织分化的理想的培养基是MS+BA0.5mg/L;生根的理想培养基是1/2MS+IAA0.4mg/L^0.8mg/L,以炉灰渣为试管苗的移栽扦插基质,移栽成活率为100%,扦插成活率为95%;田间栽培的试管苗长势好于实生苗.
conditions : The stem tips of Antlriscus cereifolium is used as the researching subject. The results show that the needed in callus induction, differentiation, tube spout radication transplantation and graftage of Anthriscus cereifolium have been studied, also its regenerative clone and rapid propagation technique are established. The best medium for callus induction is MS + BA0.4 mg/L + 2,4 - D0 .4 mg/L, the high frequency of differentiation is obtained in MS + BA0.5, and the condition on 1/2MS + IAA0.4 mg/L- 0.8 mg/L is suitable for radication. Cinder as seeding matrixes, the survival percent of transplantation can reach 100% and that of graftage is 95%. Field planting bellor thon tube spont.
