摘要
目的分析德国KTQ质量认证体系在保健门诊的应用效果。方法将2012年1~6月按常规护理管理制度实施门诊管理的资料为对照组,将2012年7~12月按照德国KTQ质量认证体系实施门诊管理的资料为观察组。结果观察组门诊就诊患者对护理工作满意度为96.67±1.75,显著高于实施前对照组的87.83±2.48;观察组护理人员对医院的满意度为101.00±2.83,明显高于对照组91.00±1.41;观察组护理质量达标率为99.81±0.12,显著高于对照组的96.88±0.47;两组数据比较有统计学意义P<0.05。结论通过实施德国KTQ质量认证体系,提升综合医院的核心竞争力和品牌影响力。
Objective To analyze the effect of the application of Germany KTQ quality certification system in the Healthcare clinic.Methods Implement routine care ward management system in January-June 2012 data for the control group ,the July to De-cember 2012,in accordance with German KTQ quality certification system implementation of ward management in the observation group.Results patients of the observation group for nursing job satisfaction to 96.67 &#177;1.75,significantly higher than prior to the implementation of the control group 87.83 &#177;2.48,101.00 &#177;2.83;satisfaction of the observation group ,the nursing staff of the hospi-tal was significantly higher than 91.00 &#177;1.41;the observation group care quality compliance rate was 99.81 &#177;0.12,significantly higher than that in the control group 96.88 &#177;0.47;compared two sets of data was statistically significant P&lt;0.05.Conclusion through the implementation of German KTQ quality certification system ,to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital and brand influence.
