摘要
KTQ质量认证体系是正在德国医院领域大力发展和推广的质量认证系统。本文通过对KTQ质量认证体系的介绍以及其与其他医院质量认证系统的比较研究,总结出KTQ认证中能对中国医院具有借鉴意义的管理理念,以期对我国医院质量认证系统的建设和发展带来新的启发。
Abstract The KTQ certification is now being developed and implemented by more and more hospitals in Germany. This paper wants to give a brief introduction of the system and make a comparative study with other hospital certification systems to generate some useful management ideas for Chinese hospitals which would give some new inspiration for the establishment and development of Chinese hospital＇s quality management and certification systems in the future.
