摘要
为了加深学生对听神经复合动作电位的原理、检测方法和分析处理方法的理解和掌握,开发了一套听神经复合动作电位阈值和调谐曲线的教学实验平台。该平台采用外置声卡作为信号采集系统,基于C#语言编写配套程序完成对声卡的控制,实时检测听神经复合动作电位的阈值和调谐曲线的信号,进行结果显示,并可保存实验结果以备后续分析研究。该教学平台不仅为学生提供了掌握基础知识的必要实验条件,而且为学生设计、验证开放性实验,激发创新性思维创造了机会。
In order to help students to enhance the understanding of the principle ,detection and analysis method of auditory nerve compound action potential (CAP ) ,the teaching experimental platform of auditory nerve compound action potential is developed based on external sound card which is controlled by C # language programming. Real time processing is performed in the experimental platform to detect the threshold and tuning curves (TC) of auditory nerve CAP ,which shows the results ,and saves the data for future analysis.This teaching experimental system supplies not only the necessary experimental platform for students to understand the basic knowledge ,but also the chance for students to explore their innovative thinking to design and test innovative open experiments .
