摘要
本文就如何在高校图书馆新馆员培训中做好引导工作,讨论了以新馆员为主体的引导工作必须要解决的实际问题,并分析其中的原因,提出了相应的对策。
Upon how the new librarian training guidance work in university library, this paper discusses the practical problems from new staff members as the main body of the guide work must be addressed, analysis of the reasons, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
