介绍了谷物加工行业有关新的分析仪器及方法及对加工行业的指导意义,包括原材料的检测、最终产品的分析以及淀粉糖和生化品发酵过程的检测,同时指出这些检测对原材料采购、最终产品的质量及生产工程控制的意义。
This paper updates the recent progress on analytical instruments and methods for grain processing industry, ranging from raw material checking, end product analysis and process monitoring of starch sugar and fermentation biochemical productions , and how these new tools offer guidance to raw material sourcing , product quality and production control.
