摘要
以新疆维吾尔自治区为案例,对研究区1962—2011年气象数据进行系统分析,选取气温、相对湿度、风速三个气候要素构建温湿指数(THI)、风效指数(WEI)、舒适指数(C)和着衣指数(ICL),通过与不同指数分级表的对比分析,得出新疆不同地域的适宜旅游期:4—10月是新疆的旅游适宜季节,其中只有北疆阿尔泰山系、天山北坡部分县市4月、10月气候偏冷,不适宜旅游。北疆地区和东疆哈密地区11月至次年3月份气候舒适度较差,不适宜开展旅游活动;南疆大部分地区3月份和11月份是适宜旅游的过渡季节,12月至次年2月天气偏冷,除冬季滑雪外,全疆大部分地区不适宜旅游。
This paper took Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region as a case study area. On the analysis of meteorological data （1962--2011 ）, three climatic elements of air temperature, relative humidity and wind speed were chosen to calculate temperature humidity index （THI）, wind effect index （WEI）, comfort index（C）, index of clothing （ICL）. According to the calculation results of the indexes, April to October were the suitable seasons for tourists in most of the Xinjiang area, and some places as the Altai Mountain and Northern Slope in Northern Xinjiang were cold in April and October, not suitable for tourism. In northern and eastern Xinjiang, the tourism climate comfort was not good in November to March, and it was not suitable for travelling. In southern Xinjiang, March and November were the transition seasons, and suitable for travelling. From the point of tourism climate comfort, it was rather cold and not a best choice to travel in December to February in Xinjiang. From the comparative analysis with grade standard of the different indexes, the suitable time period for traveling could be distinguished. According to the indexes value above, considering the resemblance and the consistency of comfort index, Xinjiang climate zone was divided into southern, northern, and eastern Xinjiang tourism climate zones based on the harmony principle of the tourism climate zone and administrative district. Finally, this paper summed up the climate characteristics and appropriated the travel period in Xinjiang, which could provide scientific theoretical basis to tourism development planning and tourists choosing travel time.
