老年急性冠脉综合征患者冠脉病变与血清胱抑素尿酸的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨老年急性冠脉综合征冠脉病变与血清胱抑素(Cys C)、尿酸(UA)的相关性。方法:选择112例老年急性冠脉综合征患者为研究对象,选取同期体检的106例健康者为对照组,检测两组血清Cys C和UA水平,并分析二者与冠脉病变程度的关系。结果:与对照组相比,观察组Cys C水平显著降低,UA水平显著升高(P<0.05);在观察组单支病变、双支病变及多支病变患者中,血清Cys C水平依次降低,UA水平依次升高(P<0.05);Logistic回归结果显示:Cys C及UA水平与冠脉病变Gensini总积分显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清Cys C及UA水平与老年急性冠脉综合征关系密切,且与冠脉病变严重程度相关。 Objective: To explore the relatimship between of cystatin C( Cys C) and uric acid( UA)with lesion of coronary artery in elderly acute coronary syndrome. Method: 112 elder cases with acute coronary syndrome were selected as experience group,and 106 healthy persons as control group. Serum Cys C and UA were detected in two groups and the relationship with lesion of coronary artery were analyzed. Result: Comparison with control group,Cys C greatly decreased and UA increased( P&lt;0.05); In the patients with single vessels disease,two vessels disease,but multiple vessel disease,serum Cys C gradually decreased and UA increased( P&lt;0.05); Logistic regression results showed that Cys C and UA were significantly correlated with Gensini scores( P&lt;0.05). Conclusion: Cys C and UA have significant correlations with elderly acute coronary syndrome,and closely relates with lesion of coronary artery.
