水库群联合防洪调度系统建设关键技术——以金沙江下游梯级和长江三峡水库为例 被引量:5

摘要 介绍金沙江下游梯级与三峡水库联合防洪调度系统涉及的GIS集成平台、洪水演进模型(包括库区及下游河湖等)、水库群防洪调度模型等关键技术,通过有机融合计算机信息技术,将地理信息系统及三维仿真平台与水文专业模型无缝衔接,实现更加科学、综合、直观、高效的防洪调度运用模拟及表达方式。调度系统从流域整体的角度考虑防洪问题,将上游水库群与下游河、湖等防洪要素有机结合,可提高水库群联合防洪的效果,为长江流域的防洪调度决策提供有力的技术支撑。 A united flood control operation system of the lower Jinsha cascade reservoirs and Three Gorges Project has been established. In this system, three key technologies are applied, namely, the GIS and 3-dimensional simulation platform, the flow regime simulation, and theflood control model for cascade reservoirs. Adopting computer science tech- nology, the flood control operation system presents scientific, comprehensive, straightforward and efficient expressions of different flood control scheme scenarios, which integrates the GIS and professional water conservancy computation mod- els. Taking all the flood control operational issues in the whole drainage area in consideration, such as the reservoirs, embankment and suspension areas, the practice has been proven that the flood control operation system can significantly improve the flood control function of cascade reservoirs, and provides an effective flood decision making support for the Yangtze River Basin.
