The Analysis of the Content of Trace Elements in The Mountain Jujube

摘要 用正交试验原理,以高压消解法处理样品,利用ICP-AES测定山枣果肉及其种仁中Sr、Cu、Mn、Zn、Fe、Mg、Ca、Se、K、Ge、P共11种微量元素的含量.方法回收率在94.90%~102.20%之间,相对标准偏差小于1.77%,说明ICP-AES可用于山枣的果肉及其种仁中金属及非金属元素的准确测定.试验证明,山枣种仁中的微量元素含量比山枣果肉的高,说明山枣仁是很好的中药. Samples were digested by high pressure nitrifying pot, and orthogonal test was applied to the determination of content of 11 kinds of trace elements in jujube pulp and Semen Ziziphi Spinosa such as Sr, Cu, Mn, Zn, Fe, Mg, Ca, Se, K, Ge and P by ICP - AES. The recovery rate of the method is in the range of 94.90%- 102.20%. Relative standard deviation is less than 1.77%. ICP - AES can be used for the accurate determination of metals and non - metals flesh and kernel in the mountain jujube. Experimental results prove that the content of trace elements in Semen Ziziphi Spinosa is higher than in jujube pulp. Semen Ziziphi Spinosa is a very good tra- ditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, people are appealed to protect mountain jujube.
