摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定中药提取物中铅、镉、砷和汞的分析方法。方法:采用高压消解法对样品进行前处理,以↑72Ge、↑115In、↑209Bi作为内标消除非质谱干扰,碰撞反应池消除质谱干扰,采用ICP-MS测定Pb、Cd、As、Hg。结果:方法的线性范围宽,相关系数均〉0.999,检出限为0.001-0.05μg/L,回收率在91.4%-105%,相对标准偏差为0.68%-2.69%,对两种国家标准物质测定,测定值均与真值相吻合。结论:方法精密、准确、可靠,可满足正常来样检测的需要,便于推广。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of lead,cadmium,arsenic and hydrargyrum in chinese traditional medicine extracts by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Methods:The pretreatment was performed using high-pressure digestion technique,with ↑72Ge,↑115In,↑209Bi as the internal standards to eliminate non-spectroscopic interference and collision reaction cell to eliminate mass spectroscopic interference.ICP-MS was used to determine Pb,Cd,As,Hg.Results:This method had a wide linear range,the linear correlative coefficient for all the elements was higher than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.001-0.05 μg/L,the recovery was at the range of 91.4%-105%,the RSD was 0.68%-2.69%,and the measured values were consisted with the true for national standard reference materials.Conclusion:This method has advantages of high sensitivity and precision and is suitable for various laboratories.
