摘要 近几年逐渐掀起了网上购物热潮,网上购物确实快捷方便,但是消费者在进行网上购物时往往受到一些不确定性因素的影响。利用粗糙集理论对影响消费者网上购物的各种因素进行分析。结合实际交易过程收集影响消费者购买决策的各种因素建立网上购物模型,并对其做数据预处理构造网上购物目标信息系统。基于粗糙集理论对网上购物目标信息系统进行属性约简,得到约简集。详细分析了网上购物的隐含信息以及影响商家销售结果的关键因素,从而更好地指导商家进行销售。 In recent years, there is a rush for online-shopping gradually. Shopping online is really easy and fast. However, there often exist some kinds of uncertain influence factors in online-shopping. This paper analyzes these uncertain influence factors existing in online-shopping based on rough set theory. Combining with real transactions and data preprocessing the influence factors are collected to construct an online-shopping decision information system. The attribute reduction and attribute characteristics are studied in online-shopping decision information system based on rough set theory. The implicit information and the key influence factors in online-shopping are analyzed, which can help sellers have an efficient man-agement.
