摘要 用高碳微合金非调质钢试制了捷达轿车发动机连杆。进行了钢材冶炼、连杆锻件的控制锻造与控制冷却、基础力学性能的试验和疲劳性能试验、装车道路试验工作。试验结果表明,试验材料冶金基础技术指标达到大众公司材料标准,连杆的力学性能符合大众公司要求,可以替代进口。 High- carbon microalloyed engine connecting rods for Jetta car were prepared by controlling steel metallurgy, forging process and cooling process. Mechanical property test and fatigue test and road test of connecting rod were conducted. It was showed that the metallurgy technical indicators were up to the material standards of Volkswagen Company and the mechanical properties of connecting rod measure up to the demands of Volkswagen Company, and the connecting rods prepared could substitute for imported materials.
