摘要 通过分析影响连杆锻件尺寸精度的因素,提出了切边、冲连皮、校正复合新工艺,设计并研制成功了复合模,对模具结构、设计要点及应用进行了系统阐述。 A new process and compound die combining trimming,punching and calibrating operations have been developed by analyzing the factors affecting dimensional tol erance during forging of connecting rods.The die structure,designing key points and application have been systematically expounded.
