摘要
铝合金是汽车厢体的主要材料，本文对铝合金的漆前处理工艺进行了研究。实验表明，铬磷化是铝材涂漆前的优良转化膜。根据涂层的要求，选择了锌黄环氧底漆和双组分高固体丙烯酸聚氨酯漆作为厢体的涂料。
Aluminum alloy is the main material of automotive container. Pre－ painting technology of aluminum alloy is studied in this paper. It is showed that chromium phosphate is a good conversion film of pre－ painting of aluminum material. According to the requirement of coatings, yellow zine epoxy primer and two－ pack high solid acrylate polyurethane coating are chosen to be containers paints.
