摘要
随着汽车车身上采用铝合金的比率逐年提高,铝合金材质的涂装前处理技术成为一个重要研究课题。简要介绍了汽车用铝板的涂装前处理工序,如脱脂、表面调整、化成(磷酸盐处理)等,并对其工序的处理要点作了分析。重点探讨了化成工序中铝离子及氟离子对磷化膜质量的影响程度。
With increase of aluminum alloy parts in automotive body year after year,the pretreatment technology of aluminum alloy parts is becoming a crucial issue. This paper presents process of pretreatment such as degrease, surface adjustment , phosphating, and analyses the essentials of the working procedure. The influence of Al ion and Fluorine ion in phosphating process on phosphate coating quality was mainly discussed.
