摘要
社会力量参与图书馆建设历来受到我国政府鼓励和支持,但一直没有得到较大发展。从历史角度、理论角度和现实角度分析了社会力量参与图书馆建设的缘由,概括分析了社会力量参与图书馆建设的独立办馆、慈善捐赠、志愿服务和合同外包四种模式,最后从营造社会文化环境、加强制度建设和建立激励机制方面,提出了促进社会力量参与图书馆建设的措施建议。
Social forces assisting in library development has always been encouraged and supported by the Chinese government, but has not been a great development. This paper analyzes the reason of social forces assisting in library development from the historical, theoretical and practical perspectives. Then it analyzes the social forces assisting in library development of independent library, charity, volunteer service and contracting out four modes. Finally, the paper put forward the measures and suggestions to promote social forces to participate in the construction of the library from three aspects.
