摘要
从复合干法选煤的工艺流程出发,以主要设备为研究对象,分析控制系统的原理和功能。以PLC和IFIX组态软件为核心,合理选取控制点,根据要求确定控制方案。结合PID控制技术和PLC编程技术设计相关程序,完成数据的采集、处理以及工艺参数自动稳定的调控,实现了选煤流程的实时监控,提高了选煤工艺的自动化程度。
In order to study the composite dry coal separation process, the main equipments served as study objective to analyze the principle and function of the control system. In the system PLC and IFIX configuration software served as the core, the control points reasonably selected, and the control scheme was determined according to control requirements. PID control technology and PLC programming technology were combined to design relevant program, so as to realize data acquisition, processing as well as automatic and stable regulation of the process parameters. Thus, online monitoring of coal separation process realized, and automation degree of coal separation process improved also.
