摘要
针对深井下提升机钢丝绳早期断丝和不均匀断丝问题,探讨了其形成原因,指出换绳不当和实际运行下的交变载荷是引起钢丝绳早期断丝直至失效的主要因素,并建立深井下钢丝绳安全系数计算模型。
The formation has been discussed specific to the wire breakage at early stage and uneven breakage of the elevator wire rope,improper rope changing and repeated fluctuating load in the operation are the key factors to eventual failure of the wire breakage at early stage of the elevator wire rope, besides a formula was calculate the safety factors of elevator wire rope in deep well.
