摘要
人的主体性是指人在与客体相互作用中应具有的主动性、自主性、理智性和创造性等一系列个性品质的总和。个人的主体性,从根本上决定着他的发展状况。在提高人的主体性中,教育具有特别重要的作用。教育弘扬人的主体性,就是要视教育者为能动的、独立的主体,且将受教育者的主动性、主体意识、主体能力等的培养作为教育的根本宗旨。在当前的素质教育中,为了弘扬人的主体性,实现全面发展与个性发展的统一,必须贯彻全面发展与因材施教相结合的原则。
Human subjectivity is a series of human virtues inc ludi ng initiative, independence, consciousness and creativity in the interaction bet ween man and the object. One's subjectivity determines essentially their status of development. To improve the subjectivity, education plays a very important r ole. So it is considered basic aim for education to take learners as active and independent mainbodies, and to cultivate their initiative, subjective consciousn ess, and subjective ability for promotion of the subjectivity. In the present qu ality education, to enhance the human subjectivity, the principle for combining both all-round development and education to his natural ability should be carrie d out to realize the coordination of overall education and individuality develop ment.
