摘要
从嘉兴乳品厂土壤中分离到一株产酸性脲酶的菌株 ,命名为 2 0 0 L1,该菌株细胞杆形大小为 0 .43× 1 .72 μm,周身鞭毛 ,无芽孢 ,G-。生长最适 p H6.8- 7.0 ,范围为 4.0 - 8.5;最适温度为 37℃ ,可生长范围为 1 5- 42℃。在 p H4.0～ 5.5发酵液中产酶稳定 ,酶活可达 0 .2 8μ/ ml。根据其生理生化特性 ,鉴定为肠杆菌科变形杆菌属。
A strain, named 200L 1, which could produce urease was isolated and identified from soil sample collected from Jiaxing Milk Manufactory. The cells of Strain 200L 1 were rods with 0.43×1.72μm, G -, peritricha, and without spore. The strain had the urease activity of 0.28u/ml in fermented broth. The optical pH was 6.8-7.0 with range of from 4.0 to 8.5 and the optical temperature was 37℃, ranging from 15℃ to 42℃ for growth. Based on its physiological and biochemstrial characteristics, Strain 200L 1 was considered to be belonged to Proteus vulgris in Enterobactertiacae.
