摘要
通过气相色谱对 1 0个芽胞杆菌模式菌株的细胞脂肪酸组分及其含量进行分析 ,经 UPGMA,NTSYS- Pc系统聚类分析绘制的树状图谱可以清楚地将 4个属的菌株分成4个不同的类群 ,而且同一类群中不同的种也表现出一定的差异。由此可见 ,控制芽胞杆菌的培养条件及生长状态 ,同样有效地使脂肪酸组分成为芽胞杆菌化学分类的重要指征。
The component and amount of cellular fatty acids of 10 type strains of Bacillus were analysed by gas chromatography, and dendrogram was produced used a UPGMA cluster system. It showed clearly that the strains of four different genera could be divided into four groups, and each specie in same genus displayed distinction. The results shew that the compositions of cellular fatty acid were used effectively as an importent characteristic on chemotaxonomy of Bacillus when grow condition and cell state were controlled.
