摘要
全球化的发展、人力资源的多元化 ,使得管理多元化成为必然和必要。整合同化理论是实现管理多元化的有效方法和理论。整合同化理论是将企业多元的价值观转变为一个大多数员工认同的共同价值观念 ,即企业核心价值观 ,并使全体员工接受。该理论的特色是具有中国特色 ,用系统论观点分析 ,体现最佳文化协合和动态性。文章对整合同化理论的系统展开模式、具体操作方法进行了分析 ,并对上海大众汽车的案例进行了分析。
The process of globalization, the diversity of human resource make the diversity of management necessary. One of the effective theory and methodology to imply the managerial diversity is Integration\|Assimilation Theory(IAT).The main idea of IAT is to transform the diversity value system into a common value system that is organization core value,which can be accepted by the whole staff.IAT has four main characteristics:Chinese\|rooted,systematical analysis,synergy of different management culture and dynamic.There are four stages of culture assimilation and integration in a cross\|culture organization:culture exploration,culture collision,culture conformity and innovation stage. The article discuses the operation method and model of IAT,and analyses the case study of Shanghai Wagen and Motorola company.
