摘要
介绍了应用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件对大庆石油化工总厂乙烯装置中裂解汽油加氢装置进行开发及模拟。通过模拟确定了新建装置的工艺方案和工艺参数 ,并将该技术用于国产化设计中 。
Introduction of PRO/Ⅱ flow simulation software application to the development and simulation of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit of Daqing Petrochemical Complex .Process program and parameters of the new unit were defined by simulation .Since the unit was put into operation one year ago, the production operation parameters proved to be identical with the simulated results. This technology has been used in nationalized designs.
