摘要
根据汽油加氢装置扩能改造的要求,采用PRO/Ⅱ软件对脱C5塔进行了计算,计算结果表明在原塔体及其设备的基础上通过选用导向浮阀塔板即可满足技术要求,达到改造的目的。运行结果表明脱C5塔的改造是成功的。
According to the revamping requirements of gasoline hydrogenation unit, PRO/II software is used in the simulation of de-C_5 column, and the results show that technical requirements can be met by selecting oriented valve while utilizing the existing column and equipment. Operation results show that the revamp is successful and has certain reference values that are specific to technical innovation to improve the capacity of tray columns.
