摘要
[目的]研究不同生态环境条件下柳城蜜橘果实品质之间的差异性以及模糊综合评判。[方法]以广西壮族自治区柳州市柳城县平地、丘陵、山地不同生态区种植的柳城蜜橘品种为试材,测定其果实品质的主要性状指标,运用IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0软件分析其不同生态区之间果实品质的差异性和各性状指标之间相关性,并根据模糊数学基本原理对主要性状指标进行综合评判。[结果]不同生态区果实品质的差异性分析显示,山地和丘陵地优于平地生态区,并存在显著性差异水平。可食率与单果种子数、果皮厚度之间呈极显著负相关,可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白、维生素C、总糖、糖酸比之间相互呈显著正相关。其模糊综合评判结果为:山地(0.787)、丘陵地(0.719)、平地(0.049)。[结论]通过方差分析和模糊综合评判,得出山地生态区生长的柳城蜜橘明显优于丘陵和平地,可为生产高产优质和优良品种的选育提供相关参考依据。
[ Objective] In order to study the differences and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on fruit quality of Liucheng mandarin orange under different ecological environment conditions. [ Method ] Liucheng mandarin oranges cultivated in flat ground, hilly and mountain in Liucheng County, Liuzhou City Guangxi Province were used as trial materials, the main characters index of fruit quality were determined. The differences of fruit quality in different ecological regions and the relationship among characters index were analyzed with SPSS software （IBM 19.0）, and in- tegrated evaluation was conducted on the main characters indexes according to the basic principles of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. [ Result] The results of differences analysis showed that the hilly and mountain are superior to the flat ground with a significant difference level. It＇ s ex- tremely significant negative correlation between feeding rates and number of single fruit seeds and rind thickness, the soluble solids, soluble pro- teins, vitamin C, total sugar, sugar acid ratio was a significant positive correlation. Its fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results： the flat ground （0. 787 ）, the hilly （0. 719 ）, the mountain （0. 049 ）. [ Conclusion] Through the variance analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Liucheng mandarin oranges grown in mountain is obviously superior to flat ground and hilly, it can provide relevant references for the production of high- quality and high-yielding and the breeding of excellent varieties.
