摘要
对湖北省4个复选优系和1个板栗主栽品种的营养成分进行了测定。结果表明,以淀粉及糖类为主,并含有较为丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、Ca、K、P、Mg、Fe、Zn等矿质元素和黄酮类物质,优系和品种间含量差异明显。并依据14个营养指标对品质进行了模糊综合评定。
The kernel ingredients of one chestnut variety and 4 superior lines were analysed and evaluated. Results showed the main ingredients were carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamine C and mineral elements, such as K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, and flavone. The content of each ingredient among the variety and superior lines were significanily different Each of the variety and lines was integrated evaluated by the 14 nutrient indices.
