摘要
引用物理学中“势能”的概念 ,定义了城市土地利用区位势的概念 ,探索了区位势的成长机制。考虑副中心 ( SUB-CBD)成长和 CBD发展的不可分割性 ,建立一个相对区位势函数来定量描述副中心相对于 CBD的成长 ,及其与交通可达性提高、综合聚集规模经济之间的关系 ,以定量研究副中心相对于 CBD的发展规律。并把此分析方法应用到对上海五角场副中心的发展研究之中。
Potential, a definition in physic, is introduced into defining location potential in urban area. And then this article researches the developmental mechanism of location potential. It is due to CBD affects SUB CBD that the mathematical model is established between relative accessibility,relative comprehensive agglomeration scale and relative location potential in order to study quantitatively the relative developmental mechanism between CBD and SUB CBD. Moreover, this model is applied into the research on the development of Shanghai Wujiaochang SUB CBD.
