摘要
通过对兔毛舒适性、滑糯性及优缺点分析,说明高比例兔毛纺纱困难的原因及因素。通过对不同长度、不同类别的兔毛进行纺纱实践,得出兔毛最适宜的长度范围,套染后兔毛、回毛的使用对纺纱的影响,以及纺纱中问题的解决办法。利用兔毛的湿态特性并结合实践经验,确定对上机回潮率及车间温湿度、纺纱捻系数、设备的要求,总结出一套既有效率又有效益的高比例兔毛纺纱工艺。
By analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the rabbit hair glutinous trait and comfortable, smooth, it illustrates the reason of difficulty of high proportion of rabbit hair yarn and factors. For the different length of rabbit hair, different categories of rabbit hair yarn spinning practice of comparative research, it concluded that the length of the rabbit hair is the most economic use, as well as the overdye after rabbit hair, the recycle wool of the effect of spinning and difficult solution. Use wet properties of rabbit hair and combined with practical experience, it made a summary on the greenhouse moisture regain and workshop environment requirement, and with the practice of yarn twist factor, equipment requirements. It drawed a set of both efficiency and effectiveness ratio of rabbit hair yarn spinning process.
