摘要
通过织造兔毛/羊绒针织面料,并测试其拉伸强力、耐磨性、起毛起球性、保暖性和FAST风格,分析对比了不同组织织物的服用性能。结果表明:兔毛/羊绒针织面料耐磨性、保暖性好,不易起毛起球,外观丰满、蓬松,其中罗纹织物手感最柔软,横向整理稳定性及湿状态下的尺寸稳定性最好,纵向最差;平针双向稳定性相近,居于中间。得出兔毛/羊绒混纺纱在针织面料上的运用具有广阔的发展前景。
Rabbit hair and cashmere shell fabrics were woven in the text, the stretching force, abrasion resistance, fuzzing and pilling properties, heat retention and FAST style of the fabrics were tested as well, and the wearability of different textures were analyzed. The results showed that rabbit hair and cashmere shell fabrics were hard to fluff and pill, and had good abrasion resistance and wearability. All fabrics were full and fluffy, the rib fabric was best in hand feeling, its finishing stability in cross direction and the size stability in wet situation were best, but worst in length wise direction. The size stability of plain fabric was in the middle and close in two directions. Therefore, the application of the rabbit hair and cashmere blended yarn on shell fabrics was vast potential for future development.
