摘要
服务创新是推动图书馆持续发展的基础,体现着图书馆的硬实力;图书馆文化是提升图书馆形象的保障,体现着图书馆的软实力,两者相辅相成,密不可分。在分析图书馆文化对服务创新的影响路径基础上,图书馆应从树立以人为本的馆员管理理念、创建学习型图书馆、塑造创新的文化氛围等方面促进服务创新,以为服务创新提供精神动力。
The service innovation is the basis of promoting the sustainable development of the library, reflects the hard power of the library. "The library culture is the guarantee of improving the image of the library, reflects the soft power of the library. Both of them are supplements for each other and inseparable. On the basis of the analysis of influence paths of the library culture on the service innovation,the library should promote the service innovation from following aspects: establishing the concept of the human- oriented librarian management, building the learning library, shaping the culture atmosphere of the innovation, and so on, in order to provide spiritual impetus for the service innovation.
