摘要
我国的弱势群体种类繁多,如老年人、未成年人、残疾人、农民工、农村用户、城镇低收入人群等,不同类型弱势群体的信息需求往往不同。因此,图书馆在保障信息弱势群体的权益方面应从共性和个性两方面考虑,按各弱势群体的信息需求和信息行为特点提供具体、差别化、可操作的信息服务。
There are many vulnerable groups in China, such as aged people, minors, the disabled, migrant workers, rural readers, the low-income urban group, and so on. They have different information needs. Therefore, libraries should consider the commonness and the personality in protecting the information right of vulnerable groups, provide specific, differentiated and actionable information services to them according to their information needs and behavioral characteristics.
